To celebrate the partnership between eBay and McLaren, and establish eBay as the go-to for motor parts and accessories, we created ‘The Drive To Silverstone’ – a two-part, documentary style mini-series that shines a light on the story of a diehard McLaren F1 fan called Aiden.

Created specifically for social platforms, the two episodes focus on Aiden’s journey to Silverstone to watch his heroes – Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri – in the flesh at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

Both films were shot with a skeleton crew by Siri Bunford at Knucklehead, and ended up being eBay’s most successful social content series of the year. Oh, and Aiden got to the Grand Prix. Big wins all round.
